to your audiences.
The Seminar:
This seminar examines the classroom from "30,000
feet". We will break the group into teams, give each team a company to run, and
ask teams to compete on an accelerated schedule for eight rounds. The seminar is
designed to answer a range of questions relating directly and indirectly to
Capstone, Foundation and Comp-XM. For example, you might ask: -
How to deliver a round debrief?
How to illustrate cost
leadership, differentiation and niche strategies?
How to demonstrate competitive
advantage?
Characteristics of well run
companies.
How to eliminate unhealthy
end-gaming while encouraging healthy end-game tactics?
How to wrap-up the simulation and
deliver a final debrief?
