Master of Management Studies (MMS)
MMS is a
two-year full time management program affiliated to the University
of Mumbai and is approved by the All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE). The program is conducted under the direction
of the University with functional specializations offered in
the areas of Marketing, Finance, Operations, System & HR.

Eligibilty
Passed with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of backward
class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor's
degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised
by the Association of Indian Universities. 50% seats are reserved
for minority/management.
Admission Process
All the eligible candidates have to take the Common Entrance
Test (CET) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview,
if short listed.
Post Graduate
Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA)
The Post
Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) is an autonomous
course offered by SIESCOMS, addressing the need for multi-faceted,
multi-skilled managers who are capable of handling complex situations
and are quick to adapt to change.
The PGDBA is a 21-month full time program covered over four
semesters and offers students a dual specialization ensuring
that they are thoroughly skilled in at least one functional
area while having more than a fundamental area while having
more than a fundamental working knowledge of another. The PGDBA
course seeks to enhance the students’ learning by offering
knowledge-building projects in each semester, while fine-tuning
their leadership, communication and inter-personal skills.
A
2-week induction course is conducted for all the participants.
The objective of this capsule is to ensure that all the students
start off at the same level in terms of the minimum knowledge
required to grasp the forthcoming lectures.
Eligibilty
Graduation
in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum
of 45 per cent marks. The students who are appearing for final
year examination/ awaiting final year results may also apply.
Post-Graduate
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management (PGDPM)
This
programme was started in 1997 in collaboration with the Indian
Drug Manufactures Association (IDMA). It is a 21 – month
full time program catering to the needs of the Pharma industry,
and offers education on industry specific subjects like Pharmaceutics,
Physiology, GMP, Pharma Marketing (including Product Management,
Brand Building, New Project Launch and Sales Force Management),
IPR, Drug Regulation, International Marketing in addition to
General Management. SIESCOMS is the pioneer to recognize the
Pharma industry's need for skilled and competent professionals
in the knowledge economy.
The program aims at meeting Pharma industry’s demands
for professionals who are well equipped to take on the challenges
of business in the knowledge economy and developing marketing
professionals who have insight into the market place and are
aware of global trends.
The
PGDPM program is slowly ushering into the entire healthcare
industry on a holistic basis and catering to the needs of CROs,
CRTOs and so on. International marketing is the other emerging
focus.

This
18-month week-end post graduate ptogram provides today's senior
and top working executives with the tools they need to continue
to transform their own futures and those of the companies and
teams they work with.

Post
Graduate Diploma In Social Enterprise Management
The
Post Graduate Diploma In Social Enterprise Management is a 12
months program comprising of two semesters. The course schedule
will comprise of two days of class work at SIESCOMS campus at
Nerul and three days (minimum of four hours per day) of fieldwork
every week. The classes will be held on Saturday evening (6
to 9pm) and on Sundays (full day). Participants already working
in an NGO can work with the same NGO for the fieldwork while
other students are required to work with a local NGO for the
field work experience.
