The Programme
The programme is designed to
develop the basic general management skills of the students. In addition to
that, the students are offered specialization in the areas of marketing, finance
and operations. The students are allowed to choose specialization subjects
according to their areas of interest.
The programme aims at
transforming functional managers and executives into more versatile managerial
talents. Junior and middle level executives who want to pursue a high quality
management education will benefit from this highly intensive and structured
fifteen-month 'Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Executive)'
Programme.
The programme focuses on
developing general management skills to give enterprise wide perspective;
inducing system/process driven and data based decision making capabilities;
inculcate social and ethical values coupled with professional competence;
fostering expertise in marketing, finance and systems, global business
strategies, etc.; preparing the students as value drivers and encouraging
continuous professional and personal growth.
PGDM (Executive) Programme is
full-time, residential programme, and is of 15 months duration - 12 months on
campus and 3 months field-based dissertation.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any
discipline with at least 50% marks and a minimum 5 years of work experience
after graduation at Executive / Managerial level. Company-sponosored candidates
will be preferred.
Admission Procedure
Apply in the prescribed form
available at IMT Ghaziabad against a fee to be tendered by way of DD/Cash
payment of Rs. 1250/-. Application form can be downloaded from the website -
www.imt.edu - also. Application form is non-refundable.
Selection is through GMAT / CAT
Score or IMT Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
